How long does delivery take?

You can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund if the order has not entered production or shipment. Later cancellations and shipped orders follow the return policy. Contact support to request return instructions and, when required, an RMA number.

Does Companion Core 128 ship outside the United States?

No. Companion Core 128 ships to addresses in the United States only. Online checkout accepts US delivery addresses, and we do not currently ship internationally.

What is the difference between Companion Core 128 and Companion Core 192?

Companion Core 128 has 128 GB of unified memory and is sold in this store. Companion Core 192 has 192 GB unified RAM and 2 TB+ NVMe and is available only through the Kickstarter campaign, not through this store.
